$9.5M Worth Of Fake Goods Seized From Swap Meets MONTEREY PARK, Calif. Nineteen people were arrested and $9.5 million worth of counterfeit merchandise were seized during a sweep of dozens of swap meets throughout the San Gabriel Valley. The bogus goods included sunglasses, T-shirts, videos, watches, purses and shoes. The items were confiscated in a series of raids at swap meets from Temple City to Rowland Heights and will be destroyed. Sheriff Lee Baca held up a counterfeit watch. 'This is one heck of a watch -- worth $3.50,' he said
